i’m new at flex, i want to build a flv flash video gallery, where i can upload several flv files and people can view it, the gallery will show thumbnails and short description of the flv files and play it when user click it, and i only have a simple hosting without flash streaming server
..is it possible to do it with not so much cost?

Zack, you might want to check out WorldTV.com – they’re launching a Flash based tool similar to what you describe. It’s currently in beta but WebTVWire did a write up of it recently.
